Deacon Carlos Nogueira was ordained a permanent deacon in 1996. He is the Archbishop's Liaison to the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the Archdiocese of Toronto since 2001. He is the husband of Cecilia, a father and a grandfather. He runs a construction business in Brampton. He has a tremendous love for young people and works extensively with youth, marriage preparation, and the Christian Family Movement. He has been blessed with the gifts of preaching and discernment
