Deacon Carlos Nogueira was ordained a permanent deacon in 1996. He is the Archbishop's Liaison to the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the Archdiocese of Toronto since 2001. He is the husband of Cecilia, a father and a grandfather. He runs a construction business in Brampton. He has a tremendous love for young people and works extensively with youth, marriage preparation, and the Christian Family Movement. He has been blessed with the gifts of preaching and discernment. |

The Novena to the Holy Spirit will be held at eight parishes in the Archdiocese of Toronto. The evening will begin with Holy Rosary, Praise and Worship, Novena Prayer, Holy Mass, Teaching and prayers for healing on one of the novena days and some bilingual services and followed by fellowship. Deacon Carlos Nogueira and Lalith Perera will present life-filled messages on receiving healing and conversion of hearts through the power of the Holy Spirit.
